MIOT International

MIOT International (originally the Madras Institute of Orthopaedics and Traumatology) was founded in 1999 by Padma Shri Prof. P. V. A. Mohandas as a dedicated orthopaedic and trauma centre. It has since grown into a 1,000-bed quaternary-care hospital offering more than 60 clinical specialties, including cardiology, oncology, nephrology and multi-organ transplantation. MIOT reports treating patients from over 130 countries and holds NABH and NABL accreditation.
